DaLesia Boyd has a unique background in chemical and non-wovens manufacturing, as well as engineering management. As a result of her diverse process engineering, research and development, and engineering experience, DaLesia clearly understands the critical importance of protecting a client’s intellectual property.
DaLesia developed her knowledge of understanding a company’s business needs and objectives while working at DuPont and Kimberly-Clark Corporation. While at DuPont, she served as the manager of the Engineering Global Asset Management group, a manufacturing manager for DuPont’s TYVEK® product, and as a consultant to the DuPont-Dow Elastomers JV, where she successfully lead and completed its manufacturing organizational redesign.
